Surf lessons are open to everyone! No matter the age, men or women, athletes or not…EVERYONE can get on a surfboard! It all depends on your motivation, perseverance, and desire! It can be a bit difficult but feeling the adrenaline, the speed, and the pleasure of flowing on the wave is worth it!
Our goal is that the student, at the end of the class, can take a wave alone, without physical help from the instructor, to enjoy most of the sensations of this sport! The class lasts an hour and a half, the first thirty minutes are reserved for theory and practice in the sand and the rest of the time will be in the water.
Our main concern is your safety and comfort. That’s why our lessons are given by local instructors, very good surfers, and some national champions, who are certified by the International Surfing Association (I.S.A.). They have patience and above all, they love their job: transmitting their love for surfing and sharing their own passion!
Each plan depends on the tides and also on the level and mood of each student.
In the all-inclusive packs, we also take pictures of the student so that he can see and correct himself better with the help of the instructor.

The “Pro”
A native of Montañita, a professional surf instructor, certified by ISA, with 20 years of experience giving personalized surf lessons.
Carlos Del Pezo
The “Billete”
From Montañita too, Carlos has more than 15 years of instruction experience. He speaks English and has a lot of patience with the students 🙂
Prices:
Beginner level
$30 * one and a half hour (90′) One teacher for 1 student up to 3 students maximum
If you want a private class, “one to one”, the price is $40
Intermediate or advanced level
$40 * 1 h 30 (90′) in a group class, private class at $50

- Complete equipment needed: board, wax and leash, rash guard or wetsuit
Board rental
A range of surfboards from short boards, fun boards to longboards on a raft.
- 1 hour $5
- 2 hours $8
- 1 day $20

Special surfer functional training class: $35 per person.
Private classes of functional training with Jenny, to improve your surf, balance, strength and movement coordination.
This is a pure and exclusive class for you, where we will work together in order to win in coordination and muscles, according to your needs.
